MANIFIESTO CONTRA LOS DESHAUCIOS Y EMBARGOS A DESEMPLEADOS

De los millones de personas desempleadas,y en claro aumento,en España,casi 1 millón no tiene ningún tipo de ingreso ni ayuda.Son personas y familias que de forma obligada no pueden hacer frente al pago de las hipotecas o alquileres de sus hogares,y si no se remedia,se verán en la calle a lo largo de los próximos meses.El plan E,puesto en marcha por el gobierno,se ha demostrado ineficaz y ha nacido obsoleto por varias razones:
-Por un lado,no obliga a cajas y bancos al cumplimiento de la moratoria,por lo que sólo se han sumado el 22% de las entidades.
-De otra parte,para acogerse es obligado estar al dia en las cuotas de pago de la hipoteca;cláusula absurda,pués el mas necesitado,es precisamente el que ya no puede hacer frente al pago,que es el caso mayoritario.
-El plan E,no recoge ninguna medida para las familias que viven de alquiler y que se enfrentan al deshaucio.

Por todo esto,pedimos al gobierno que tome medidas para garantizar al colectivo de desempleados que no se queden indefensos y en la calle.
Un gobierno responsable,es aquel gobierno que garantiza a sus ciudadanos en los peores momentos,el derecho a conservar su hogar y a garantizar los derechos de los menores.
Si se pueden salvar bancos¿como no se puede garantizar la vida de los ciudadanos?

MANIFESTO AGAINST LEAVING IN THE STREET THE UNEMPLOYED ONES

Of the million unemployed people, and in clear increase, in Spain, almost 1 million does not have any type of entrance nor aid. They are people and families who of forced form cannot make against the payment of the mortgages or rents of their homes, and if it is not remedied, will be seen in the street throughout the next months. The plan and, put in march by the government, has been demonstrated ineffective and has been born obsolete for several reasons: – By a side, it does not force to boxes and banks to the fulfillment of the moratorium, reason why 22% of the organizations have been only added. – Of another part, to take refuge it is forced to be up-to-date in the quotas of payment of the mortgage; absurd clause, because but needed, is indeed the one that no longer can do against the payment, that is the majority case. – The plan and, does not pick up any measurement for the families who live on rent and which they face deshaucio. By all this, we asked the government who takes measures to guarantee to the group of unemployed which they do not remain defenseless and in the street. A responsible government, is that one government who guarantees to his citizens at the worse moments, the right to conserve his home and to guarantee the rights of the minors. If banks can be savedas the life of the citizens cannot be guaranteed?
